You can expect to receive your order within 1–3 days with our industry-leading shipping cutoff times: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped to you from the nearest Novus Medical Inc. warehouse on the same working day, if placed before 2 p.m. PST or 3 p.m. EST. Shipping costs are determined by the order size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address.

We do not ship to continental U.S (AK, HI, PR or GU). For urgent deliveries, expedited services, including Saturday delivery, are available. However, additional charges will apply.

Additional Shipping Charges

Some shipments may require an additional charge, including:

• Certain oversize items
• Equipment, scales, carts, and any orders weighing more than 250 lbs.

Damaged Merchandise Policy

All Novus Medical Inc. orders are free on board (FOB) shipping point, meaning the carrier is responsible for merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. For your protection, please follow these procedures:

• Carefully inspect each carton for damage
• Check the shipment against the carrier’s delivery receipt to make sure you have received all cartons listed.
• Have the driver note shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt.
• Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find any damage, DO NOT discard the cartons or any contents of your
  package.
